One day bathroom remodelling can make your bathroom look instantly nicer. However, this remodelling:

Does not address underlying structural issues, such as hard-to-get-at leaks;

Does not update the plumbing or electrical fixtures;

Does not add the value of a true bathroom remodelling, because Realtors and inspectors are aware of what these one day fixes look like.
